- Slow cooked brisket bolognese ravioli
- Pan roast salmon in a white wine garlic cream sauce with cherry tomatoes and basil
- Pheasant and chestnut sausage with a red cabbage bubble and squeak
- Chicken cooked in peppers, tomato paste, white wine and balsamic
- Risotto of chorizo and king prawn
- Maheshi kebab (chicken, green pepper and onion kebab served in a pitta)
